We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Three-Wins Imports. We work hard to ensure that the merchandise we sell is the highest quality and with secure packaging.
To qualify for a return or an exchange, returns must meet the following criteria:
- Any returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
- Changing your mind or finding an item at a lower price is not a valid reason for return. Anything returned from buyer's remorse will be subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee, and buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These fees can not be waived.
- If the item is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the item is returned damaged or used we will charge a 50% restocking fee.
- If the item arrives damaged by shipping, Three-Wins Imports must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding carrier. Once the claim has been resolved, you can then get a replacement, or a refund.
- All returns must be in original packaging to ensure that it is in resalable condition. Merchandise returned without the original tag and packaging, or damaged may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- If the order is shipped to a hotel, casino, or resort, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
- We are currently not affiliated with any third-party drop shippers. We are not responsible for any order delays or product damages for orders through unauthorized drop shippers.
